Your environment and life experiences affect the health and structure of your brain; you have the power to make your mind and brain stronger by making the right lifestyle choices every day.
For making right change of your life and brain you should consciously make a part of your day.

Laughter: - Be playful and have fun every day.
Human love: - Maintain intimate close knit human bonds.
Challenge: - Habitually involve yourself out of your comfort zone.
Move your body for at least 30 minutes per day.
Healthy diet: - Eat more nutritious foods and limit the junk.
Feed yourself to new to new thinks daily to enrich your brain.

For healthy living you need to check out your mental attitude, remain open to the ideas of the young even if you don’t follow their behavior by doing so you recognize that even our some of abilities changes as we get older, but other’s improve especially if we keep active. Than maximize your performance will help preserve your abilities and maintain them to their fullest potential.
Consider gradually increasing the frequency of activities that bring pleasure and a sense of accomplishment

For getting started few suggestions are:-

  • Start with small changes: - Making plans to do manageable activities helps to get the wheels in motion, the process will get easier as the days and weeks go by.

  • Scheduling helps: - Use a planner or online calendar to schedule the things you want to do.

  • Set yourself up for success: - Think about ways to change your physical or social environment to make activity easier. For ex, if you’re having trouble leaving the house, make a commitment to spend a small amount of time with a friend.

  • Get moving: - Exercise is one of the most powerful mood enhancing activities, if it’s been a while, even a 15 minutes’ walk to start the day is a step in the right direction, getting fresh air and exposure to sunlight will help you.

  • Be consistent:- Doing something once or twice a week is likely to have an impact than daily activities will. Think about one think you can do each day that will be enjoyable and one think that will give you a sense of accomplishment.

  • Maintain Patience :- You will need patience with yourself not something that comes naturally to people who tend to view themselves negatively [self criticism]. But with practice, time, and patience, there’s a good chance you will begin to view yourself more positively.

  • Self love:- being kind to ourselves in good times and bad, in sickness and in health – even when we make mistakes, if we lose our sense of self worth during these challenges of life, we will have a hard time recovering. We never shut over selves down and never lose faith in our potential, our brains have capacity to learn new patterns of thoughts and behavior, only require our efforts for change.

  • Mindset :- A growth mindset leads to hard work, increased effort orientation for learning and more effective in the face of difficulties.

  • Don’t stop asking:- Since we think we know other well, we stop asking, instead we assume, if you don’t ask, you will never get , it’s basic rule of life.

  • Process :- Rather than trying to develop super human discipline and focus, you need to rely on a process to make it more likely that I would be focused and productive and less likely that I would be scattered and ineffective.
If you are not doing something that is uncomfortable every day, than you are not making progress. Practicing discomfort is like building mental muscle. If you want to make right environment for yourself, you have to follow these above mentioned guidelines.
