How you motivate yourself Once you start feeling less than motivated, just feeling lazy and unmotivated. There are few practical solutions to motivation problem are:- Make a deal with yourself: - You can make deal small or large with yourself, good for overcoming procrastination and getting things done, you simply tell yourself like when I’ am done with this chapter/work I can take a walk in the park and enjoy ice- cream.
