Team Samrat Singh 13$ - How To Fight with Fear and Anxiety

Fear and anxiety
Whatever that scares you, there are ways to help you cope with your day to day fears and anxieties:-

Positivity;- whenever fear strikes, instead of thinking of something bad that can happen, think something positive.
We tend to focus too much on the negative, there are so many things that can happen that is impossible for you to predict, and we aren’t superpower to know all things.
What the worst that could happen: - imagine yourself on a stage with everyone laughing at you, how do you feel afterward --- you are still alive, aren’t you? Life goes on.
Yoga: - energy can get trapped in your body when you do yoga and breath, energy can be released, sometimes you release parts of your fears.
Ask: - your feelings are there to tell you something, ask what the purpose of them is, and ask your heart, god, the universe, or whatever you feel comfortable with, what are your fears to tell you?
Take time out: - it’s impossible to think clearly when you’re flooded with fear or anxiety; the first thing to do is take time out so you can physically calm down.
Distract yourself from the worry for 15 minutes by walking around the block, making a cup of tea, or having a bath.

Face your fears: - avoiding fears only make them scarier, whatever your fear, if you face it, it should start to fade, if you panic one day you have to face it in worse condition.
Imagine the worst: - try imagining the worst thing that can happen- the fear run away the more you face it.
Don’t try to be perfect: - life is full of stresses, yet many of us feel that our lives must be perfect, bad days and setbacks will always happen, and it’s important to remember that life is messy.
Visualize a happy place: - take a moment to close your eyes and imagine a place of safety and calm, until you feel more relaxed.
Talk about it: - sharing fears takes away a lot of their scariness; you can talk to your partner or friend.
Go back to basics: - make simple, a wholesome meal and a walk are often the best cures for anxiety.

How to start overcoming fear, right now:-

Awareness: - before you can begin overcoming fear, you have to be aware that your fears are causing havoc in your life. It is easy to get so attached to your thoughts and feelings that you think that fear exists with you, you have to forcefully detach yourself from such feelings and experience the difference.
Identify: - get specific about what exactly you’re afraid of, look at the picture’s you have in your mind about the situation, what you really scared of? Become an observer of your inner situation.
Curiosity: - get curious about what thoughts generate your fear, and how do you react to it, again, be an observer of what is going on.
The now: - what are you lacking right now? When you center yourself in the now, you realize that everything is how it is.
The work: - the work is one of favorite ways of dealing with fears, anxieties, and worries.
Program positive thoughts:- you can program the right thoughts into your mind and eliminate negative thoughts and beliefs.
Thankfully accept: - whenever you feel fear, switch it over to what you are great full for the opportunity to communicate with so many people.
Write down on paper:- write down your fears on paper is important because trying to think them caught in endless connection of negativity that only lead you further down and make your life miserable.
Life coach: - do you have a fear of success or a fear of failure? A good life coach can help you examine what you really want from life, and from where you fear comes from, it’s very helpful in getting clear about what you want and what’s stopping you.
Read: - reading a good book on your specific fear can open new doors on how you can get rid of it.

Take action:- fears are created by imagination to make reality seem scarier than it is, when you take action and face your fears, they become weaker because you realize that reality isn’t nearly as bad as you imagine.
Surrender: - surrendering to what is powerful, because as long as we try to change, we are in a war with reality.
Understand failure:- when you realize that failure is not the end of the world, you become free, failure is just a stepping stone to success, and most of the fears are fear of failure, shame, or somehow not living up to the standards society has put up for us.
